Ph Sigmax Universal degreaser for washing dishes. A highly effective, professional product for hand washing dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and catering containers, as well as kitchen equipment and surfaces. The detergent can be used to clean work surfaces. Does not contain thickeners. The dishwashing liquid effectively removes food residues and animal and vegetable fats. The concentrated, highly effective cleaning formula is based on a synergistic combination of highly active surfactants. Recommended for use in food processing, retail, and catering establishments, preschools and schools, medical and healthcare facilities, industry, and households. Safe, completely soluble and washable with water. Can be used to wash children’s dishes. Concentrate – use diluted!
Scope of application: trade and catering enterprises, preschool educational institutions, medical and preventive and sports institutions, housing and communal services, social sphere, industry, and households.
Method of application:
Prepare a working solution: for washing dishes and cutlery – 3%, for gastronorm containers and equipment – 5%, for cleaning surfaces – 0.5%.
Apply the working solution.
Treat the surface to be cleaned with equipment. Rinse with water.
Suitable for use with dosing equipment.
Composition: deionized water, APAV, NPAV, complexing agent, dye, perfume composition, preservative.
pH ~6.5
Precautions: Do not ingest. Do not mix with other cleaning and washing agents. Wear gloves. If the product comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
Storage and transportation: Keep out of reach of children, away from food and medicines, away from heat sources. Store at a temperature between -5°C and +30°C. Retains its properties after thawing. Can be transported by all modes of transport. The product is not classified as dangerous goods.
