Description
Ph Grilin Alkaline-resistant surface grease cleaner, grease remover. Alkaline cleaning agent designed for cleaning stoves, ovens, grills, combi steamers, hoods, gastronorm containers, kitchen utensils, and other alkaline-resistant surfaces.
Effectively removes stubborn burnt-on grease, soot, vegetable fats, and protein.
Do not use on aluminum, copper, brass, or other surfaces that are not resistant to alkali.
Scope of application: In food and processing industries (including meat, fish, poultry, dairy, bakery, confectionery, oil and fat, fruit and vegetable, canning, flour and cereal, starch), crop production, animal husbandry, poultry farming, veterinary institutions, beverage production enterprises (including beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, mineral waters), baby food, public catering enterprises (cafes, bars, restaurants, canteens, snack bars, catering companies, food processing plants), trade (including food, industrial, and construction markets, logistics centers, and warehouses), factory kitchens, sanatoriums, resorts, and health institutions, educational institutions (including children’s, preschool, and school institutions), cultural, recreational, and sports organizations, medical and preventive institutions and medical organizations, public utilities, transport infrastructure facilities, transport, government agencies, and households.
Method of application: Washing surfaces: Prepare a 0.5–10% working solution → apply to the surface → leave for 3–5 minutes (do not allow to dry) → treat the surface with equipment → rinse with clean water. Removing burnt-on dirt:

pH value is 13 (in a 1% solution)
Precautions: The product contains alkali. Do not ingest. Do not mix with other cleaning and washing agents. Wear gloves. If the product comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
Storage and transportation: Keep out of reach of children, away from food and medicines, away from heat sources. Store at a temperature between -5°C and +30°C. Retains its properties after thawing. Can be transported by all types of transport. The product is not dangerous cargo.
