Description
Ph Blum Gel (Crystal Gel) Universal degreasing agent. Designed for manual washing and pre-soaking of dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, equipment parts, and containers. The product has a powerful degreasing effect. Effectively removes grease, protein, and other food contaminants. The product is suitable for degreasing technological and kitchen equipment, work surfaces, tables, floors, walls, and other moisture-resistant surfaces.
Scope of application: In food and processing industries (including meat, fish, poultry, dairy, bakery, confectionery, oil and fat, fruit and vegetable, canning, flour and cereal, starch), crop production, animal husbandry, poultry farming, veterinary institutions, beverage production enterprises (including beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, mineral waters), baby food, public catering enterprises (cafes, bars, restaurants, canteens, snack bars, catering companies, food processing plants), trade (including food, industrial, and construction markets, logistics centers, and warehouses), factory kitchens, sanatoriums, resorts, and health institutions, educational institutions (including children’s, preschool, and school institutions), cultural, recreational, and sports organizations, medical and preventive institutions and medical organizations, public utilities, transport infrastructure facilities, transport, government agencies, and households.
Method of application:
Washing dishes and cutlery: Prepare a 1-3% working solution → apply to the surface → treat the surface with equipment
→ rinse with clean water.
Washing of food containers and kitchen utensils: Prepare a 2-5% working solution → apply to the surface → treat the surface with utensils → rinse with clean water.
Washing surfaces: Prepare a 0.5-1.0% working solution → apply to the surface → treat the surface with equipment → rinse with clean water.
The product can be used undiluted. Composition: >30% deionized water, < 5% surfactants, 5-15% APAS, EDTA salt, sodium chloride, dye, perfume composition, preservative.
pH value - 7
Precautions: Do not ingest. Do not mix with other cleaning and washing agents. Wear gloves. If the product comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
Storage and transportation: Keep out of reach of children, away from food and medicines, away from heat sources. Store at a temperature between -5°C and 30°C. Retains its properties after thawing. Can be transported by all modes of transport. The product is not classified as dangerous goods.
